Neathholm is a small settlement of mongrelfolk located on an island within an underground cavern beneath Kenabres. Its inhabitants are descendants of the First Mendevian Crusade who were warped by exposure to the demonic energies of the Worldwound; those who were not killed by crusaders fled underground to the Cavern of Ancestors, then settled deeper in the tunnels beneath the city.

The current leader of the mongrelfolk of Neathholm is Chief Sull.
